Kevin Choy is a Digital Product Owner at Scoot, where he leads the airline’s pre-booking experience on web and mobile. It’s Scoot’s main online storefront, used by millions of travelers around the world, and Kevin’s job is to make booking a trip there quick and straightforward.
He’s at his best turning complicated business requirements into journeys that feel simple to the people using them. Working closely with engineering and design, he keeps the technical build and the user experience moving together, so booking flows stay fast and dependable from the first flight search to the final confirmation.
Away from the roadmap, Kevin builds apps of his own, just for the fun of it. He’s curious about how mobile-first design and well-made digital tools can make everyday life a little easier, and his side projects are where he puts that curiosity to work.
